The MAYA program addresses this by fostering true confidence through internal validation, helping young people overcome self-doubt and embrace their authentic selves. Through a 4- to 12-week intensive Discovery Program, participants assess themselves, identify core values, and learn effective self-presentation, empowering them to foster a strong sense of intrinsic worth that can resist external pressures for a lifetime.
